Dyka Aji Nuswantoro

A transformation strategist and governance advisor with over 15 years of experience driving large-scale reforms across state-owned enterprises, critical infrastructures, and regulated industries. Dyka has led flagship national programs in energy, telecommunications, and public service transformation, working with senior decision-makers to embed enterprise risk management, corporate strategy alignment, and sustainable governance frameworks. Prof. Dr. Mardiasmo, MBA

Prof. Mardiasmo is a distinguished expert in public sector accounting, governance, and state finance with decades of experience as an academic, regulator, and board member in Indonesia’s key public institutions. He served as Vice Minister of Finance (2014–2019) and Head of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) (2009–2014), leading major reforms in public audit and internal control systems. Currently Chairman of the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG).

With over 30 years of experience, specialize in structuring Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Bastary is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in planning, policy, and implementation of KPBU/PPP-based infrastructure projects He has served as Director of PPP Development at Bappenas and Director of the KPPIP PMO Program, leading the formulation of strategic policies and promoting the acceleration of national priority projects.
